The Exo Terra Analog Hygrometer allows you to carefully monitor the humidity level in your terrarium. Correct humidity levels are essential for the overall health of reptiles and amphibians. Incorrect humidity levels may lead to electrolyte imbalance, dehydration, dysecdysis (improper shedding), hyperkeratosis (thickening of the horny layers of the skin), respiratory infections, etc… Humidity requirements vary greatly depending on the species and their natural environmental conditions. Carefully research the specific humidity needs of your reptile or amphibian species.
Installation:
1. Remove paper backing.
2. Ensure surface is clean and dry.
3. Press hygrometer firmly onto surface
